Buying a floor scrubber for a commercial space isn't something most office administrators do often. I've done it exactly twice in five years. Step 1: Measure the hard floors, not the building

Maybe 14,000—I'd have to re-check the lease. But that's the number that decided what size machine we needed.

What to record:

Step 3: Verify real battery runtime, not the spec sheet number
